Clients and Friends! In addition to my office hours on Thursdays and Fridays at Bridge Wellness Center, I also offer massages at my home office most Wednesdays, evenings, and one weekend a month! If my online booking times do not coincide with your schedule, please just reach out on my cell and we will make something work.

Caroline Updike RN, BSN, started Healing Hands Massage Services in 2020 and has over 9 years of massage experience. She is sole owner and proprietor and operates this business under the umbrella of her nursing license as she works full time as a Registered Nurse. She is a medical massage specialist with her license, and therefore is coded by Arizona State Department of Professional Licensing to accept all FSA and HSA cards.
Caroline specializes in deep-tissue massage, honing in on the causes of pain, and facilitates restoring your body back to a state of balance and homeostasis. She accomplishes this by warming muscles, therapeutic stretching, decompression, and deep tissue massage. Each massage at Healing Hands includes aromatherapy, grounding, cranial-sacral, CBD oil, and coconut oil infused with essential oils. Other services like cupping, hot stones, energy work, pet therapy, or sinus facials are additional services offered.
